The clinic closes at 8pm. Showed up at at 6:17pm and was denied service. There were zero patients in the waiting room. I was told they were “backed up” and wouldn’t be able to see me before closing. There were maybe 2 cars in the parking lot and a medical assistant hanging out in the waiting room just staring out the window. Completely unacceptable as to why I could not be seen. This is a “walk in clinic” and it clearly states on the front door that no appointment is necessary. I showed up within business hours with symptoms of a concussion and was turned away to get back inside my vehicle and drive off. Shall I proceed to find out elsewhere that I do indeed have a concussion, I’ll be taking legal action from this disgrace of a place, and unfathomable treatment towards an injured patient.

Checked in for a work physical just after 3 pm 09/15/22 with 2 or 3 clients ahead on the list. Requested to be called when it was my turn an option offered by the practice, let me just say I am yet to be called. I guess it ain't my turn yet.

Originally went to Care Now for a minor issue and the doctor handled it pleasantly. Sadly if you're private pay, 100% make sure you're paid for before you leave, AKA GET IT IN WRITING. I paid for my visit for what I thought was in full, because even before I left I asked the woman "Do I owe anything else for my visit today?" She said I was fine and to have a nice day. A month later I receive a bill for $166. I've been fighting this bill since June. Pleasant staff doesn't make up for the un-organization and lack of attention to details when it comes to billing.
