The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Upon arrival, Tina at the front desk offered suggestions on where to dine and even checked in with us later to make sure our room was okay and if we needed anything else. Although we said we did not need housekeeping during our 4-night stay, we ended up needing a few things. When we asked for these things, the housekeeping staff was more than willing to give us what we needed. The breakfast offers a hot egg and meat choice that rotates daily amongst many other options (make-your own waffle, muffins, bagels, toast, fresh apples and bananas, milk, cereal, hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal with varied toppings, 3 different juices. The entire facility was clean and located in a great area where you can walk to several different restaurants and breweries. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel. Very clean, and sweet staff. EV friendly with free destination chargers. Lots of great restaurants, wineries, and the train ride was fun too. Walk to town easily with a tunnel that goes from the hotel to the other side of the highway near the train depot. We also enjoyed walks along the river.

We girls just decided to have a weekend getaway and went to Hood River Oregon. We all were very impressed with the clean room and amenities. We all 3think that the staff deserves a 5 star rating. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The only reason the room gets a 4 is the same as all motels and hotels. The queen beds are not really queen size. But, they were very comfortable. People need to pay attention when booking the measurements of the beds. Fine for couples I am sure but sharing with a sister is a little tight! Lol. But all in all a very nice stay.

What a refreshing hotel experience! The concierge was beyond helpful upon check-in. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and efficient. He heard we forgot our wine bottle opener and without missing a beat grabbed one immediately without us even needing to ask. Every single encounter with staff was excellent. I travel a lot for work and have stayed in quite a few locations, but never quite like this. You could tell the staff genuinely like their jobs and coworkers. It shows in the cleanliness of the hotel and with each interaction. In passing I heard a housekeeper and maintenance staff joking around offering help to each other. The rooms are twice the size of normal hotel rooms and very well cared for. At breakfast one morning I overheard a conversation with one of the employees that remembered a guest and asked if he had forgotten a hat during his previous stay a few months ago. Like who remembers stuff like that and to make sure he gets it back is another thing! Overall, just a great experience. It left me feeling like I was at an extension of my home.
