About a week after the installation the flooring by the back door started to buckle. I contacted customer support they sent out the same installation crew to repair the issue. A crew member informed me that the reason for the flooring issue was because during the installation they used the incorrect glue for the transaction piece which spread under the planks and caused them to buckle. They cut a piece from the pantry to allow the crew to remove the planks so they could reset the planks. This worked for about 5 days and then I started to have the same issue not only in the same location but it has started in the location where they cut the plank. So now I have two locations that have the original issue. I have reached out to Sharron and Amber W with no results. I would say Sharron is go at providing just what you want to hear to get you off the phone. She originally informed me I would be compensated for my inconvenience which I never requested but the second time that was never brought up and I was told that the owner of the installation company himself would come out to inspect the issue and I have not even received a call and this was about a week ago. It seems to me they are really good at taking your money but really bad at keeping their promises. My advice if you use this dishonest company for anything you might want to find a good lawyer first.

Go someplace else that treats their customers better. I bought 1100 sq ft of boards plus transitions strips. One of the transition strips they gave me was shaped differently than the others, and I did not see the difference until after I cut and laid it and it did not match the others. I had to pull it up and use an additional transition strip. The store would not refund me for the cost of the transition strip. Even though I had spent almost $6k on everything they would not budge. It seems that after you've given them your money they don't care anymore.

These guys aren't stupid and still practice masks and social distancing. Very cool.
If it is physical damage it is not covered. An installer will have to cut it out to replace.
