Extremely rude and animals not cared for.

The website is out of date and does not reflect the realities of adoption when you get to the store. It leads you to believe you can adopt an animal when you get there but you actually can’t due to varying circumstances. The customer service is awful none of them knows what’s really going on and there seems to be no one in charge. And they are also rude. It’s just really frustrating when you call them and they tell you you can come down and adopt in the website says you can come down and adopt but when you enter you cannot. My past several experiences with PAWS have always been negative

Hearing really bad feedback about this animal shelter. I did not comfortable when I came in to look for a pet. They wouldn’t let u in to see any of the dogs and I asked if I could volunteer to help with the animals and was told that they didn’t need volunteers. Bad vibes there.

Hadn't had any issues with Paws until recently when some random stranger decided to pick up our 14 year old dog and take her there. The staff I dealt with were pleasant but condescending. Didnt appreciate the tone when I went to pick up our dog and pay $100 for her stay. Wont ever go there again for any reason.

Great choice!
The animals they have vary. You'll have to stop in or give them a call to see if they have puppies.
I would probably call animal control
Why are they going to abort the babies then ??? Open your eyes

Technically, we are a Low Kill shelter; it's nearly impossible to truly be a No Kill. That being said, the only animals euthanized are the seriously ill, heavily injured, or if they're so vicious the staff can't clean/feed them in their enclosure. We would never put an animal down for length spent there! Sadly, some have spent years there. And yes, the prices will vary from time to time.
They are a low kill. They do not kill for space only ones that are too sick or hurt too bad they won't live.
Yes they do,takes a few days to get it back. You can also go to Walmart in the lobby on the grocery side and use the machine there.
I've never seen ferrets at the shelter!!! I truly think just 🐈's and 🐕's!!! Hopefully you find a forever home for your furry friends!!
They don't usually have any real small dogs because of the stress it causes the animals which tends to be worse on small dogs
All ya can do is check down there or go onto facebook and check out pets for sale and removing or go on saap on the internet they only regime in Indiana Kentucky and Ohio
I'm not from paws but I can say this you never know what to expect from 1 day to the next they have bunches of cats
Paws was unable to at the moment thanks I will call the places you mentioned
Not sure if you’d be interested in an older kitty (about 8) but I’m looking to rehome mine because we are moving and she would never be able to make the long ride. She’s in good health and beautiful. Let me know if you’d be interested in her!
