I am curious. If pets wait too long then have to put sleep or set up price free?

Technically, we are a Low Kill shelter; it's nearly impossible to truly be a No Kill. That being said, the only animals euthanized are the seriously ill, heavily injured, or if they're so vicious the staff can't clean/feed them in their enclosure. We would never put an animal down for length spent there! Sadly, some have spent years there. And yes, the prices will vary from time to time.

I think PAWS is a no kill shelter. They do have adoption fees .Puppies are normally higher than adult dogs

They keep them, and at the same price.
