Drive through is a little slow, but I swear I see the same 3-4 people working here. I’d assume they are shorthanded so not much the workers can do about that. Food is usually on point. The one time it wasn’t I think they were out of the “right size meat” for the wearer bacon burger so they put an extra smaller patty on there to make up for it. Harder to eat but at least they were trying to make lemonade with lemons. The staff is always friendly and asking how the food is and if we are okay. Lobby is open too unlike most of the eagle River restaurants make me want to go there more. Great job guys!

The food was done perfectly. The kids working the food seemed upbeat and energetic, and obviously well trained. Presumed manager nametag Star was running register and was not pleasant to deal with. The interaction felt like we were a nuisance and Star did not want to assist us.

Ordered a beyond burger. Was told to pull forward and wait. No biggie. After waiting 10 minutes I went inside just to see what was happening. Before I could even ask, I was told my food was accidently givin to a different customer, and they are making my food again. Cool no problem, everyone makes mistakes. Then when I got my food I kid you not, it looked like someone had grabbed the burger buns and squeezed them tightly in their hands. Like you would do if you were making a bread ball. And the whole sandwich was falling apart. My fries were cold and soggy. It was definitely a terrible experience. I don't have high expectations for fast food restaurants. But, this was just a waste of my money man. 💰

To whomever made this doordash order at the eagle river Carl’s Jr., made my meal almost inedible with the amount of sauce they put on it. Really disappointed.
