We try very hard to accommodate all guests but due to safety reasons, we sometimes can't meet those desires. Aerial Adventures require not only verbal commands that a guest must understand and follow but also visual commands. We do Not do tandem rides, again for safety, so a guest must be able to follow all hand and verbal signals. Although you are disappointed, safety is our first priority.

We do not nor ever have allowed for any type of tandem hookups on our aerial type tour experiences due to safety issues. All our participants are required to have full range of motion and mobility to participate in our activities as well as to see, hear and understand verbal commands that are necessary on aerial tours. The tours are designed for individuals and, again, not tandems. A service animal would be considered to be tandem. We understand possible disappointment but safety is the first and main priority on our tours not only for our guests but for our staff as well. Thank you for your inquiry.
