That's a difficult question to answer. It depends on what each person finds scary. It is quite high off the ground. And you are hanging by a harness. It is an exciting time though, with plenty of adrenaline from being so high. So if you are uncomfortable with heights, speed, hanging or falling (you'll be caught by the harness) then it might not be for you.
