This is to the owner of this wonderful restaurant. I have been eating at your restaurant since it opened. It has always been my go to place. Please fix the problem that is causing so much smoke from the kitchen and I will return.

I for one liked the billowing smoke from freshly grilled meats. It reminds me of home, and that freshly grilled meat are almost ready. The rich smoke blowing into the street is what drew me through the door in the first place.
