I have never met a doctor that changes his mind from appointment to appointment as much as Dr. Payne does. At first I was really good with him. Then over time he started to say one thing about my healthcare during my appointments, and then do another. To the point where I would even read what he had said and/or have the proof in my “after visit notes” that he dictated. But then at my next appointment he would deny ever even having said what I was referring to. It was really strange and just got to be ridiculous. Not to mention, cruel and unfair, in my opinion. Especially after it happened at a few of my appointments. He could have just been upfront and said that he changed his mind or whatever and I would have respected him a lot more. I also agree with other reviewers about this office being a “billing machine”. It is just absolutely ridiculous. I truly miss Dr. Nance and how compassionate he was. He never ever would have thrown me under the bus or made me feel bad about myself. Let alone gaslight me.

Horrible office manager. Refuses to follow what the Dr says and wants to only bill and argue with patients. Dr informed me if I needed a refill on a medication to come in and speak with the NA or assistant and ask for it. Office manager constantly has to just find ways to bill, bill, bill then when confronted wants to raise her voice and talk over patients. I gave them multiple chances and the Office Manager refuses to listen, insinuates patients are being less than honest and could care less. Previously I went to visit this office for a sinus issue, they insisted I take a Covid test, no problem, I go to the back of the office outside for the test and and then i am informed no one was there to administer the test. When I rightfully got upset about it the office manager then decided to yet again interject herself. Here is a prime example of the problem. I walked in informed them I was there for a refill only and the receptionist schedules me an appointment. I did not need an appointment as the Dr had instructed me to walk in and ask to speak with the NA or assistant about it. I said "hey I don't need an appointment, I just here to get a refill" no joke the lady at the counter says to me "but you have xxxxxxx insurance" so what? I still have to pay the bill for a Dr's visit. Proves that it is just a billing machine. I will find a Dr that cares more about patients than the offices priority of bill, bill, bill.

Apparently Richard Nance is no longer at this clinic. They failed to notify any of his patients at all.
