Did actually use their services. Did not respond to my initial voicemail. Phone representative was unfriendly and acted inconvenienced by my phone call. Went to "Jake's lawnmower repair" down the road instead--much friendlier and had a faster turnaround time.

Bought a new Lawn Boy last year and it started all year on 1 pull. This year it take 20-50 pulls... sometimes can't start it at all. Is there a 'tune up' type service you offer to get it back to 'new' ? I'm only 2 miles away, so, convenient.

Yes, there is a preventative service that you could do! Unfortunately, We do not work on Lawn Boy. A helpful tip:Try using fresh fuel - Mid or High grade quality gasoline. There is also few locations in our area that do sell Ethanol Free Gasoline as well. Good Luck!!
