On June 6,2022 at 11:15 am Mananager Donte Williams was very unprofessional. He spoke harshly and inappropriate to me. He was rude and irate. When I pulled in for service I realized it was packed. I began to back out and noticed a driver to the right has his reverse light on. I honked my horn to get the driver to the right side of me attention. After honking my horn Manager Donte Williams stormed up to me yelling don’t honk your horn at me. Taking aback I began to explain to this manager that as I was backing out I realized the driver to the right side of me had his reverse light on and that I was trying to eliminate an incident, the manager told me he didn’t care and for me not to honk my horn at him. Such a weird encounter! This guy was rude harsh disrespectful and lacked professionalism and customer service. Due to this experience I will no longer do business with Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube location is 3933 NE 4th St Renton,WA 98056

This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at Jiffy Lube and at this specific location. I’ve been going to the NE 4th st jiffy lube pre Covid and post restriction and it was always an ok at best experience. The new management at this location has improved the experience and throughout immensely! I was greeted promptly, I was informed on what was happening, I was given options, but not pressured, the oil change was the quickest I’ve ever experienced and every single person was friendly and helpful. I truly believe that the new manage Donte has done an amazing job in running an efficient and well oiled machine (excuse my pun). I made point to ask for his name and compliment him and everyone there that was doing such a great job. Please give this man and his staff my regards that they’re doing excellent work and the small things they’re doing to helpful customers are having a great impact on customer experience. I will continue to come here as my home base Jiffy Lube and will tell everyone that this is the spot. Best, -David Monroe P.S. please give Donte a raise.
