i asked for no length on my hair to be cut off and the stylist continued to trim off length because my hair was “uneven” didn’t even ask for permission first just started trimming and i had to ask what she was doing. My hair has long layers and is curly so not sure why she even started cutting off “uneven” hair. I only came in to get my bangs taken care of and i made it known i was not interested in any length to be cut off.

Standout Location This is my new favorite salon to go to. The new manager has out done herself with this location. The atmosphere is fun and polite and the store is clean and tidy. I always enjoy myself when I visit and the conversations spin about to include the entire salon. Your hair will not leave here disappointed. Do not confuse this salon with a Great Clips or a Sport Clips or any other Holiday Hair, this place produces it's own energy and is well worth the cost despite it being a chain. An overall good time.

I have been to this salon a handful of times before. I went in very excited to get my hair done. I had not had my hair done in 13 months, and my brown roots were outgrown down to my ears or a little past, and the rest of my hair was nearly white blonde to my chest. I asked for a reverse balayage, to blend the two colors and to tone my hair ashy/grayish with little to no golden tone. I told her not to put anything on my ends, and that I always get toned due to having natural brunette hair. I sat with the stylist and we discussed what I wanted in detail before getting started. If I can figure out how to add pictures, I will. The stylist was a pleasant woman, but after all was said and done I had serious questions about her ability to color hair. My hair was bleached all over, even my ends that were already bright blonde. I lost about 5-6” of hair through all of this. My hair is incredibly damaged. There is no highlighting technique, my hair was bleached all over up to about 2” from my roots, and wasn’t even done well. There were parts were the hair looked like cheetah print almost because the lightener wasn’t evenly applied. I wanted a reverse balayage, and left with my head bleached all over. The stylist did apologize, but also mostly kept justifying what happened to my hair. When I called the next day, I found that the owner was one of the other stylist at the salon that day. She was very nice and she agreed to take me to fix my hair. There is a good chance she could have, but I did not feel comfortable going back to this salon. I was also unsettled by the fact that she was there that day, watched it happen and saw how upset I was and did not say anything about what happened other than I could come back for her to fix it the next day. Did not even let me know it was her salon until I called the next day. So she may have been able to fix my hair well, but again I felt unsettled. They did not ask me to pay. While I know this stylist did not intentionally mean to damage/ruin my hair, I am amazed that she agreed to do something and did not see/acknowledge how far it was from what it should have been and how big of a mistake she made.
