Was very disappointed in the quality, designs & prices. I've been buying Vera Bradley for atleast 15 years. It seems the quality of items, material used & colors have gone way down hill. I couldn't find 1 in the whole store that I even semi liked. 😫

Great place to shop for Vera Bradley. Friendly staff and great customer service. Recently purchased an item. When I returned home I realized it wasn't in my Vera bag. I called to see if I left it at the store. A representative called back and told me they had not found it but verified my address. They will send the item to me. No problem.
