The salon is open for regular business, they do a temperature check at the door and you will need to wear a mask. All of their products were fully stocked when I was there last week
You do not pay first. You pay for the services once rendered.
I'm not sure if they have someone who specializes in curly hair. I have taken my daughter, who has very curly hair, to Jordan @ the Mill Run location and she did an amazing job!
