We are currently staying here for a week. The first day, our shower would not drain. They offered to open another room just for us to shower and then maintenance would unclog it in the morning. Okay that happened. Tonight is our second night and I noticed mold growing in the bathroom along the ceiling. I called the front desk and they are sending maintenance in the morning…let’s see how the next 5 days go…also trying to get an extra pillow and blanket is difficult. We like a lot of pillows…we called last night and you can’t get anything extra past 2pm when housekeeping leaves for the day. We called again this morning, Day 3, and they said they will look and see if we can have one extra pillow and one extra blanket…they did open up a room for us to shower in and we took that opportunity to grab some much coveted pillows, although accommodations should be made for travelers who become ill or those with medical needs. I don’t think I should be judged by my pillow needs.

For what it was, it was great. Room was clean and quiet. It’s an old school motel that’s been updated. Lovely garden with beautiful rose bushes and a decent breakfast. It’s not the Ritz, but it doesn’t try to be what it isn’t. Very nice and comfortable.

This place was seriously the nicest place ever and the location is literally perfect! Me and some buddies went scuba diving in Laguna Beach and we drove all the way from Bakersfield to do it. This hotel has extremely clean rooms, friendly service, and amazing food extremely close by. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

My cousin and his wife stayed here to be close to my Mom in Laguna Woods. They were given a discount on the room, and breakfast was included. They reported it was very nice. There was a fridge in the room and she loved the heat lamp and plush towels in the bathroom! It was very clean and they loved the beautiful grounds. They would definitely stay here again.
