We lucky we got one table for us on a Sunday. The place was packed full of people. Small but Nice, clean and easy to located Ramen place, parking is plenty in a public parking lot. We ordered Shoyu Ramen (3 bowls), Spicy Ramen (2 bowls) along with 3 appetizers (karaage chicken, taco balls, and calamari). All were tasty and delicious. Our waitress is pretty, friendly, and made nice recommendations. Service is super fast and we thankful because we were very hungry. Definitely earned a 5 Stars from us. Thanks my wife for drove us to this restaurant. Thank you and be back very soon again.

Best ramen in town! Salt and pepper chickens are great too!

Overall, #1 chicken broth Ramen in town. First of all, I really want to appreciate their delicacy. Water w/ cucumber slice. Somewhat special for this place.(If you don't want it, just ask not to). We started with KFC chicken wings (6pc). Pretty much big pieces and sweet and little spicy Korean style red sauce on top of cryspy fried chicken. The inside flesh was so moist and juicy. This was perfect. Then, we had Meshikou black Ramen and spicy mara Ramen. I personally love thick and cloudy soup. I didn't expect checken based broth can also make this much savory taste. All vegies, eggs and chasu(pork belly) were well mingled with the soup. Good job! I couldn't stop drinking the whole soup. Mara Ramen was also a good choice. Though quite spicy as expected, again their broth soup firmly supports taste of Sichuan spicy oil. Definitely, I will visit this place again. Especially, cold wind blows would remind their soup Ramen.

The food has great presentation and is filled with amazingly amounts of flavor! The overall atmosphere was positive and they provided good customer service. I recommend this place, especially if you're someone who is looking to try something different.

I believe the best you're going to get is the Shio Edamame.
No, noodles are cooked to order and added to your Ramen before it is served. It's all done behind the bar, though, so there's plenty of opportunity to enjoy the ramen cooking action.
They have chicken Karaage which are lumps of fried chicken that come with a dipping sauce. You can also order ramen that comes with this if they are feeling adventurous.
Very good. Clear curtains around all tables, all employees wearing masks, masks required for customers unless you're eating/drinking.
Yes
I cannot answer that question. A quick call to them should do the trick.
I don't believe that any of their dishes would call for cinnamon. Call if you're still concerned
Noodles are not made with eggs and they do have good vegan options
