I don’t understand how some people apply for a job dealing with customers but act like they don’t want to deal with customers 🤨 They not understand if they losing customers that won’t have a job sooner or later? Sometimes I walk in this location the guy suppose to be making my sub looks at me like I’ve just entered his house and he doesn’t want me there. My guy I’m here for the food not to see your miserable attitude and they wonder why they get no tip.

As someone who has worked in this store for the last 2.5 years. Here is what i will say. It gets loud due to the ovens running and the customers and employees talking back and forth. Let me ask you. Since your food is made right in front of you. Why didn't you say something to whomever was making your sub. If we make a mistake. All you have to do is say something and we can fix it right. There are certain subs that salami is part of the recipe. BMT, Spicy Italian and Turkey Italiano all 3 get Pepperoni and salami. Next time you come in. If you return. Let your voice be heard. If something is wrong. Tell us. It coulda just been an honest mistake
They handle everything properly according to the Covid-19 safety guidelines.
