I've had great experiences here until today. A younger man and younger woman working together behind the desk either have no experience in customer service or just plain don't care about the customer. What a disgrace to the rest of your wonderful employees.

Thanks to the Marysville Ohio Post Office, my paycheck was delivered to the wrong address and i have to wait for a reprint! What a swell location! Thanks for letting the children that live with me go without!

Our mailbox was knocked off by the snow- plow and we can't find it in the deep snow. Will the post office keep our mail until the roads are clear?

Yep just get ahold supervisor postmaster or a clerk running the front counter and they will let the carrier know to hold mail till box is fix and once fixed call the office so they can resume delivery

So who takes care of giving our mail carriers heads up? to start slowing down on his delivery so I can have my mail, I’m starting to have missing bills an non pick up this is going on this week to 2nd day

Go to the post office

I hadn’t said anything giving our new Mail carrier to get adjusted but he has not picked up my fathers mail for two days last week, misses the fact that the flag on his mail box WAS UP! And now it’s happing to me-overon my rd.
