This is the last time I will be going to a Jiffy Lube. EVERY TIME I go in for an oil change they always want to replace my air filter or tell me my brakes need to be replaced or my windshield wipers need to be replaced, even though a week before I just put on new windshield wipers. I can replace my air filter 4 months prior and they'll say I need to replace it again. The cost to get my oil changed, air filter replaced and tires rotated was $150. I have the receipt from my previous oil change and tire rotation at Pep Boys a few months ago, only $63. This place is a money grab. Jose M. told me next time I come in they can measure my front brakes and tell me how low they are. I asked if they are so low that you think I need to replace them, why didn't they measure them now? His answer was "They just saw they were low and wanted to come in and tell you". Convenient that they want to sell me on something without actually showing me the problem. This has happened before where I was told by a Jiffy Lube member that my brakes need to be replaced and then I head to another auto repair shop and they told me my brakes are fine. I can't get my money back but I will never be giving them my money again. I've been warned before by another auto repair shop that Jiffy Lubes are full of young technicians fresh out of trade school that don't really know what they are doing and are just starting out. I believe it. I highly recommend everyone find a shop they can trust with more experienced mechanics.

I had oil changed on my car and after I got my car back I drove it home, Couple hours later I came to get something from my car and I noticed something is leaking form the car, So I moved the car and there was a lots of oil on the ground, I took it back to the shop and act it like nothing is wrong, so they checked and they said the oil filter we not properly installed so they fixed and they told me to call store tomorrow and talk to Rubi tomorrow and when I called him he said well we fixed it and that's it not even hey sorry we made mistake the guy was so rude and unprofessional and act it like it is what it is. I am very disappointed at Jiffy Lube and would never ever go there.

As of March 26 of 2021, this place is ideal if you want an oil change in a safe environment. All employees wear masks and provide you with hand sanitizer on request. Getting an oil change was as easy as driving up to the repair area, talking to the technician and waiting around 20 minutes in the lobby. The lobby was clean and tables were spaced apart. Overall my experience was comfortable and convenient and I would come back here again next time. They even gave me a free car wash that I can redeem up for up to 30 days. Oh and don't forget to check for a coupon online.

Work done fast, they supposed to vacuum the inside of my car as part of what they offered however, was done poorly and the windows were not cleaned out and since I was not advised of the status of all they supposed to check, I doubt they even checked all the liquid leves as per their offered service.
