This was my first time renting at Public Storage and Jazz and Rafael were absolutely incredible. Rafael went above and beyond with the rental process for me and made it very easy for me to understand. I was so grateful for his help. Jazz gave me incredible customer service and even walked me to my unit. She was very enthusiastic and had a great attitude. If I could give more stars, I would give 10 stars! Definitely recommend this location! Thank you guys so much!

Cheyenne is wonderful 👍👍Highly recommend this place in Irvine on Red hill . This place is great so helpful you got to rent storage here. Public storage is the place to store your items good prices , clean and employees are amazing . Cheyenne at the front desk is excellent. I got the best customer service from her . She helped find a unit walked with to show me units I wasn’t sure which size to get , she help me measure for my furniture . I had questions she explained so nice and professional . I have never seen such superb excellent friendly customer service from a employee . I’ve been in hospitality field for years dealing with the public this girl deserves a award and is going to be promoted or should be . In this day where everyone is so stressed this girl was kind , patient and went out of her way to help get me storage . Also the other employees when I called were extremely polite and kind and professional. Thank you Cheyenne for making my day great with the stresses of moving you made it so much easier . I highly recommend Cheyenne & this place in Irvine !
