One star to the district manager as well as to the local manager of that facility. I used to be their customer for almost 3 years and never had any issues with Brittany (The previous manager). Unfortunately, public storage does not respect their customers at all. I have found a better RV parking facility a few miles ago and highly recommend to those who are looking to keep the vehicles to Google RV storage depot first

The sign up process is super easy, you can set everything up on your phone. Never had a problem here, they check the units often and will email you if there's ever a problem. (I didn't use the lock correctly the first time and got an email which was nice) Al had amazing customer service at this location. Super friendly, helped us out with our trailer, and checked me out real fast. He made my move out process a breeze.

Thank you the amazing customer engagement with Brittany, your facilities manager. The site is immaculately maintained. The location is perfect, and the costs are well within reason. Helped me reduce the excess of possessions from our residence in the Groves, where storage is at a premium to our new storage unit, which is more that adequate. And much easier to sort through.
