I went looking for a 6v battery for a toddler sized 4-wheeler. The associate that helped me told me that she wasn't sure if they had that kind of battery or not and that I should just go down the road to Ace Hardware because they usually have some of everything. I even had a picture of the battery with all the info about what kind I needed. Definitely not good for business when the associate just directs me to another store without even trying to see if she could get the battery I needed.
