Very crowded and very slow service. The place is clean, plenty of parking fairly good security about checking visitors.

My wife & I drove through the community as a prospective home buyer late spring. For sure the one star complaints are a serious matter to address for new buyers. Out of state buyers are a real threat to another community we looked at prior to and not far from here. We did not speak with the current home owner here but did so to two others a short distance away before we left. Sad to say they repeated the fears of other reviewers who made mention of 'gangs'. Mind you, 'gangs' may not be the correct term, but when we hear 'groups of 4 - 6' thugs out walking throughout the community' across & through private yards', It certainly will foster fear among regular residents. If the jobs of the staff are completed, I won't mind any rudeness. That can be handled. It's peace of mind & security that's a big issue. Good luck to the respectful home owners & to any current mindful staff members, but we'll be looking at least ten miles or so further away. metro NY & NJ has created a cancer to Monroe County for over 25 years now. A shame because we transplanted from NJ 40 years ago. But that's when people had respect for others and 'thugs' had fear of law & order.

Application for fencing must include a scale plan of proposed footers, locations, distances, height and identify where it will attach to the house. Fencing must be installed no closer than 5 feet from the property line and only in the rear of the property. No fences are allowed in the front of or on the side of any property. Minimum height is 3’, and the maximum height is 6’. Fencing must be only vinyl or other permanently-colored plastic material. No privacy fences are allowed. Permits must be obtained from Coolbaugh Township as well as APCP.
I wish i got them, i love couponing. Do you have store cards you signed up for? That would be why, i have to get on that. as for this richard tool over here, must be nice to be privelaged.
The lake in K_ L Section is beautiful. However, I wouldn't suggest you swim in it. There are snakes. I don't even know if your allowed. But if your into boating and yachting it's perfect. I heard it has great fishing also.
