Im so grateful that I found this law firm. It was my first time going through a lawsuit so I was very nervous and uneducated. They worked with me from beginning to end. Even through the pandemic we managed to get things done. Even when I was impatient with them they was always patient with me (sorry Doug). Always responded promptly. Always informed me what was going on. They fought for me. They always handled everything professionally and walked me seamlessly through this 3 year process (was longer due to covid) Fran is such a sweet lady I can tell by her voice that shes a very loving person. Everything went much better and faster than expected. Made everything easy for me, which in itself made it worth it to use them. I’ve told a few people about the amount they got for me and basically everyone has said, “You must’ve had a really good lawyer.” I’d agree that I did have a great team. Because each case is different, there is no “typical” time frame. Some cases may settle inside of a year, but in most instances, cases are resolved within a 2 to 3 year period. Product liability/mass tort cases generally will take longer than a standard personal injury case.
