Called today. Very rude guy on the phone with me. Looking for a long stay place for my daughter, and boyfriend who just got down here a few months ago from Ohio. Bad abusive situation. We have a lease, and can't chance it anymore with them here. So was looking for a little bit of information. Instead got rude, nasty person. Need better customer service skills. Reputation is everything.

It is best to call on a daily basis and see if any units opened up. All renters must come in person with a valid identification and cash. No credit or debit cards are accepted and all units are on a "first come - first served" basis. All guests must have a valid I.D. also. The complex protects all who live here.
