The only star goes to the ladies at check in. While the ladies doing registration and gate people are great it is far from a good show. The only reason the clay cup was a success, the car count was decent. There is a tremendous amount of improvement that can make this a premier track and show. The lack of knowledge in track prep that would create two lanes of racing is sad. Also not being able to line cars up in a timely manner. All groups run more yellow flag laps then green. They need to send all officials to a training. The worst part would be the inability to keep and track points correctly. If it wasn’t for us questioning and doing the math ourselves, several drivers would of missed the A main throughout all classes. When there is a big race with a 50+ thousand dollar purse you would think the cars would go through tech. No cars were teched after the races to ensure and even playing field, the only thing that was done was scales. Sad to say car counts over the years for the clay cup have gone down and will continue to do so over the years. This can be an amazing place but there needs to be a lot of improvement. Lastly, a big raffle took place that 95% of the winnings went to the locals. All being called out by names not ticket numbers. Pretty shady to say the least. Also, if you have children under 5 plan on paying the $105 pit pass fee for them. My 1 and 3 year old nephew each charged the full price for a pit pass… a little petty.

Lots of action and excitement at every event !

It was a beautiful night with lots of good racing! The chicken and fries was good too.

Great night of cheap fun if you enjoy racing, well run and above average concession food and drink at reasonable prices.

Sorry I don't know for sure.
Racing starts at 7 with Time trials and national anthems before that. Gates open at 5.
Bleachers. Yep.
No animals allowed into the seating area. But there's a boarding facility named Hyline Hotel for Dogs not too far away if you would like to see if you could board them for the night.
Like Stephenie said 1/8mile oval track mini sprints from kids restricted, focus cars to modafied methanol burning kawasaki ZX-11 engines in a lite weight tubular chassis, they all race on a clay 1/8mile track (not all together) there is a beer garden for the grown ups and different kinds of candy for the kids and a great food stand with great food for all ages, they even sell little ceasars personal sized pizzas, try and get there buy 6:00 PM for a good parking spot, it's an all night event, ask about the Clay Cup Nationals, it's basically the Super Bowl of mini sprint racing, lots of out of state drivers show up and it is a BLAST!!! Hope you give it a try when the next season starts. Take Care. :-)
