i’ve been already paid for my foot i’ve been waiting 4 hours for my food i still have not received it i paid 50$ and i haven’t got a refund or nothing back.

The food is always fresh and satisfying for sure but yesterday one Of my pizzas were smashed and so were the wings the delivery woman was rude and when she called she stated that she don’t come in apartment complexes. I never really requested her to come in. She then complained about me paying in all one dollar bills. I didn’t want my change but she didn’t even have the courtesy to ask. My thing is she needs be matter customer service for sure every other driver that has come has been so nice and courteous and went above and beyond she was rude. If there was a disabled person who were confined to their apartment I wonder how that would’ve played out. She definitely didn’t deserve or get a tip.

I understand location closed at 10pm. The online ordering allowed me to order at 943pm and received a order confirmation email with 10:10pm delivery. No pizza was delivered or no additional email/call was sent letting customer know they are no longer accepting orders. If delivery orders STOP at a certain time the online option needs to stat that or the option needs not to be available after a certain time.

This place has its problems. Like making good pizza in a reasonable amount of time. However I will say that the people who work here have always been nice and the pizza though always late is always fresh. Though sometimes it's ok to slow down and make sure the pizza arrives not messed up.....
