They must have some kind of scam going on with a towing truck company. I have seen manager of Pizza Hut check the parking lot and the tow truck must be waiting around the corner because it shows up right away. They do a lot of towing. I saw them tow a vehicle that was parked on a spot that was not marked as a Pizza Hut stall.

I order a pizza at 830pm. I was informed a 1hr wait. No problem. At 10pm. I called to check the status of my delivery. I was told by a male staff, thT it would be going out next. At 1025pm. My order was canceled. When I called back it was explained there ayate.s were down. Well if my order was ready for next delivery why was it canceled. This PIZZA HUT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Fortunately, I read the reviews and didn’t wait on delivery. Picked curbside pickup but there weren’t any clearly marked spots. Didn’t see anyone come out. Parking side door wasn’t open. Went around to the front and no one was up front. Looked like there were 40 open orders making me think they were severely understaffed. Lady who did come out was very nice. Pizza turned out fine. Cinnabons are a great addition.

Always over an hour late, pizza is cold, and items are missing. (sauces, parmesan, etc.) The manager is quite short, and even admitted to the pizza being cold. Gave me a "credit" Used credit for a new order on a Tuesday. when they are not busy. Same thing. 2+ hour delivery (told 35-45 min) Cold Pizza, Cold employees, Cold breadsticks, and no Marinara for my breadsticks, and no parmesan for my pizza
