If I could give a 0 I would.... Was assured that no items in my vehicle would be touched since I paid same day of repo... Repo on Friday and because I paid 2 minutes before the "yard" closed I had to wait til Monday. Come Monday get to my vehicle not only to find out they went inside but put literally everything that's was inside of my vehicle in a trash bag and threw it in the trunk including things that were wired in(yes now they don't work). When asked about it they said because it had been left for days and that was procedure... Really?!?! You wouldn't let me come get it and you werent open on the weekend. Smh

Although the experience over the phone wasn’t great. The process in getting my car back was smooth. I was very grateful the woman was willing to wait for me. I received the confirmation an hour before the appointment time and the issue was that I lived an hour an a half away from the location. Impossible for me to make it in time. Thankfully the Uber did not take very long to get there. I just wish the recovery department receptionist would be a little more understanding to customers that can not read her mind. She was very frustrated.

Place is awful. Very difficult working with them due to them being extremely rude and not helpful at all with letting you know anything. Also got hung up on, on the phone. Two times we went there the lady who greeted us and talked to us was extremely rude.
