Customer service is pretty rude depending on who is there. They aren't very helpful. My boyfriend was waiting for his bus that was supposed to be there at 6:15 pm bus never came so they told him 9:30pm and the bus still didn't come and they said there was no delays. Then they said the next morning. I ended up just picking him up and didn't get home until 5 am.

I can only give a good review for this location based on the man there who sold me the ticket. He was very patient and willing to go through several route options to get me what I was looking for when I needed to get somewhere asap. Ultimately I was satisfied. Too expensive for a bus though.

Happy to take the time to give a shout out to the very nice man in the deli. Although I spent all my money on a hot dog and coffee I realized I should’ve bought tums for my stomach ache. The guy clearly had my needs his priority. All I had left was a quarter and he gave them to me for free! Now that’s service! Very refreshing. I don’t know why people would complain. It’s a nice terminal with TVs. Yeah it’s a bus terminal but most are cold and uncomfortable. No TVs usually. There are 2 here. I feel safe and grateful for personal service and friendly workers.

I Love greyhound, it's always a pleasure for me... except this last time. I got on in okc and was going to topeka, my driver completely went right on to kc. Very uncomfortable miserable sad situation when I asked him why we weren't going to topeka he said they already stopped there... noooooo sir you didnt.... very unpleasant ride drive swerving multiple times using phone the whole time while driving including for GPS. Pretty sure thst guy wasn't worried about anyone losing a life that day! Crazy what we do and the risk we take when we pay to put our lives in the hands of another person. I hope someone looks into their drivers.
