I was just told by a yelling UPS driver that i would not EVER receive an UPS package delivery again. He started yelling at me when i told him i needed packages picked up. That someone was supposed to do it yesterday but instead they placed the tags in a parcel pending box and made me walk quite a distance on a bad knee just to get the labels. I am a non-comforming gender and wear women's clothes, I believe this is why he started yelling at me. Or perhaps it was because it was he that did not do his job and make the Scheduled puckup yeaterday... Is UPS discriminatory, do you allow people to yell at the customer? At trans-people? Now I am on hold and have been for the last 33 minutes trying to speak to the driver manager about this verbal and emotional assault that has me still shaking.

Like everybody else, I was supposed to get a very expensive, very important package. I live on a main road with good access and have TWO clear driveways. Someone was home the entire day. They claim my package is not deliverable and will be keeping it in their facility over the weekend because... no reason. I lost a whole day that I had to take off work, now I don't know what the hell I'll do now, because their trashbag facility has restricted hours and I have! A job. I'll be filing complaints with the State Attorney, I hope more of you will be doing so as well.

My wife had ordered a veiled chameleon from Florida. Was supposed to be delivered today, and was out for delivery, something happened and she got an email that the package was delayed! I took it upon myself to go to the warehouse and pick him up. I told them that the package was a live animal. He was loaded back onto a trailer and it took them an hour and 30 minutes to locate the box. The guy that helped me did a great job. But my complaint is that somehow the package got lost in the computer system. Even though the box was clearly marked LIVE ANIMAL. They loaded the box into a bag and back onto a trailer. This kind of thing should never happen, especially when it’s a live animal! What is the point of a tracking number if you can lose a package that easy. From the moment a package is picked up, UPS should know where every package is at any given moment!

Closed the day after Christmas, don't believe their signage. Since Christmas was on a Sunday this year I didn't know if they were going to be closed Monday, December 26th or not. I was in the area and had a package to drop off. The lights were off and the door was locked. There was no signage on the door stating that they were closed in observance of the holiday, and taped the sign showing regular working hours was a torn handwritten note that read "Open 11-5". I wasn't the only potential customer that made the mistake of thinking they were open. While I was there three other people also came and checked the door. I don't have a problem with them being closed for Christmas, just wish they'd have done their customers the courtesy of posting a sign letting them know. The 3 stars isn't just for the inconvenience today, I've had mediocre service at this location before.

Call the center to voice your concern. It will be addressed
They used to, but UPS changed it to an 800# where they cannot direct call you in. You have to either go there or have them send an email to contact you.
Yes you can with the proper paper work. There are some exceptions though.
Yes, 11am-6pm.
