Currently being charged ~$400 by them for being 2 months behind. They simply terminated the contract and refuse to remove any fees. Absolutely insane way to conduct business.

I had to cancel my service because I moved to an apartment that only allowed AT&T as a provider. I went into the store and turned in my equipment. I asked if I owed anything and the service person told me I paid my bill and nothing was owed. The next month they charged me $90 so I called to find out why. I was forced to go online to speak with someone, which turned out to be a call center in a foreign country where English isn’t there first language. The first person hung up on me after 19 minutes and the second person wasted 21 minutes of my time. Never before have I had to pay a fee when canceling service due to moving and not being able to continue service with the carrier. No wonder why no one wants to do business with cable companies anymore. You got my $90 but that will be the last $1 you get from me.

First I was lured in with a great price for everything I needed. They promised this was not like AT&T. Yay! Next, My bill doubled without any warning. I was then told I needed to get a new deal to bring my monthly costs down, which is still $80 more than when I started. And I have to pay the inflated bill before my new service will begin. Next, after they charge me more for the service, I have to install the equipment for which they charged me for shipping. And, I have to go out of my way to return the old equipment. Tell me again how this is not like AT&T. I feel like I'm doing all the work and not getting kissed, if you know what I mean.

How many times do I get the door opened for me and greeted immediately? This store is a much needed and well built upgrade from the old location! You can pay your own bill with the Kiosks and get some great service and attention if you’re coming to sign up for their services. Lots of bright light and TVs to watch while you wait.
