I actually look forward to my weekly rental car experience! There are not many places I walk in and everyone greets me by my name and welcomes me! MarQuawn has been so very pleasant and helpful, especially when I forget to actually reserve a car!! Maxwell is also very accommodating and inviting! Highly recommend this Enterprise location!

Very well managed. Very honest staff, Manger went above and beyond. Also When returning the vehicle Ashley was very cooperative and pleasurable to work with. The vehicle was in good shape very clean compared to previous management a vast improvement A+ rating I would recommend them again Some items got left in the vehicle and was all returned untouched honesty you hope for but I didn’t except Job well done

Ashley was absolutely wonderful in taking care of my wife and I with our recent car rental, and for ensuring that the vehicle was clean and ready to go. Ashley took her time to help me familiarize myself about syncing my phone to the car’s system, and when she spotted some smudge on the windshield, she immediately got the cleaning materials to clean it off for us. Just outstanding service! On return of the vehicle, Paul was just as wonderful. Whenever we need to rent from enterprise again, we’ll make sure we call Olathe Enterprise at 1610 East Sata Fe Street, and specifically request Ashley to help us!

They gave my wife a car with a golf ball sized bubble in the sidewall. She called enterprise, they would not do anything for her other than tell her to drive 45 miles one way to the airport location to exchange it. They would not send out roadside assistance because she was at home, she had not left for her two week trip yet. When we came in the next day to get it taken care of, they did not even apologize, would not offer anything as an apology and told us if we wanted an upgraded vehicle we would have to pay for it. When the fact that this vehicle was sent out with unsafe tires, went right past their “safety inspection quote.

No you do not. When your time is finished you drop the car off to there lot, lock the vehicle and the place your keys in their drop box lid. The lid is usually on the side of there building. They will email you your receipt. Simple and easy!
Not that I know of. After labor Day 9.99 weekend deal. Friday through Monday about 33 dollars
35 to 45 min from KCI. not sure what taxi would cost
