SLOW. SLOW. SLOW. Ordered just 3 chicken tenders, nothing else. Ordered at 11:12 am. Got order at 11:26. Fourteen minutes seems quite long for a fast food restaurant, and they weren't busy. Food is good. But, I have been there several times and almost always service has been slow.

I ordered with the app, and my food was ready pretty quickly when I arrived. The fry box wasn’t full and they were a bit soggy, but the flavor was good. The spicy chicken sandwich was excellent, I’d definitely order it again. It was a pretty empty place — I was the only customer in there for about half an hour at supper time. Strange.

Visited in person a little while ago & ordered delivery. Have never received an incorrect order or missing items, and the food is always cooked to perfection. Family size meal is perfect for our home and fills everybody up with a healthy amount! Have to mention it since this was an employee: Just hope that creepy old guy is gone, the way he was talking and looking at teenage female employees (of which there were a lot, at least at the time) was soooooooooooooo sketchy and has NOT gone unnoticed, was surprised to find out my best friend knew exactly who I was talking about. Old guy is not proficient at in stealth let’s just say that 🤣

Hands down the best chicken tender fast food restaurant! If you're a fan of fried mushrooms, you've got to check out Zaxby's. Their food is great. The facility is clean and very well kept. The beverage dispensers are very updated with touch screen beverage choices. You'll love this place if you work for Door Dash or Uber Eats! They have out a well-labeled baker's rack with the orders on the appropriate rack.
