There are a number of times and reasons to give boudoir photos as a gift. Birthdays, Anniversaries, Mother's Day, X-mas, wedding presents, the list can go on and on. Not only can you give a beautiful album as a gift for someone or yourself, but you can also book a session as a
Expensive is a relative term. One may find luxury name brand shoes expensive, while others don't. What I feel that it comes down to is Value. If you value something, you would mind paying a premium for it. There are definitely less-priced photographers out there, but just like anything else, you get what you pay for" If you value looking and feeling your best, someone that will make you feel comfortable and confident, then my suggestion is to find an expert in the field.
A typical session can take 2-3 hours with hair and make up being done. there is no real set time. We want you to get the best photos, so you leave feeling confident and accomplished.
Short Answer, as soon as you are ready. There is never going to be a perfect time. Life happens. It's easy to push your session back and back, and next thing you know, you'll be saying "man, i wish i had done this sooner. Wheather you're in 20's 30's 40's or even 50's there is no better time than right now.
Boudoir phots are a great gift idea for Husband, girlfriend, boyfriend orsignificant other, but the best person to give it to is YOURSELF. Love yourself, and treat yourself.
