stayed for a week. completely unresponsive to emails prior to arrival, and unwilling to help during the stay. only one out of three people in the reception was trying to figure out a way to help me when I realized we were charged three times for the entire stay (Sean). the rooms and bathrooms are very, very old with lots of wear and tear - the website photos are *completely* misleading. also there's very bad sound insulation so it's very noisy in the room. on the plus side, the location is great and the wifi works fine.

One of the worst places I've stayed at. As many have mentioned, the rooms looks run down and old; the carpet was torn up in my room; the furniture is old; and the water pressure is so low I could barely shower. I saw another post saying the elevators are fast - i don't know what they are talking about as it takes several minutes waiting for the elevator to get to the lobby and then another long wait to get to your floor. Luckily, I was on the 4th floor (even then it felt forever). The doors to the rooms also slam when closed by themselves, waking you up at night when someone leaves or goes in to their room. I would not recommend staying here. I'm sure you can find something better with the same or even slightly higher price. At least they give you free water in the lobby.

We were just there a few weeks ago and didn't get charge for anything like that. Would check w/the hotel.
Hi, I think you should be able to get that. Most hotels in this area offers an option that's flexible for the consumers. Take care and travel safely.
