Pasta was somewhat bland, and the caesar salad came out suspiciously fast. Staff urgently reminded us that the kitchen would be closing soon… an hour before the kitchen actually closed. Not the best experience, but fine in a pinch.

This is my favorite restaurant in NYC. My favorites are the pan fried salmon and the half chicken. I can’t begin to tell you how delicious this food is. You have to experience it yourself!

How the mighty have absolutely fallen. I’ve come to this place since it’s opening and enjoyed the homemade pasta and ambience. Today I came for brunch and it was surely lacking. The bottomless is $35 for 90 mins and as day drinkers, we couldn’t help but notice how long it would take to get refills between requests for 2nds, 3rds etc. by the time our 90 mins were up, we hadn’t seen our server for 15/20 minutes despite how slow the afternoon was going. When they finally came back around we asked for one last round and the server told us we were outside of the 90 minute window. How was this our fault when we were ignored? Our Steak and Eggs was flavorless. When we asked for some melted butter so we could doctor it up, we were brought solid butter and then told that the kitchen “couldn’t accommodate” our request. I guess they don’t have anything to melt butter back there. Our primary server did their best so there’s no issue with them. But I’m sorely disappointed in the service and food I received today. As I sit here in the restaurant writing this review, the very rude secondary server just reached over our table to grab the signed check. Not sure I will be back.
