I ordered the spicy crispy chicken Mac melt and the loaded fries. Both items looked good but did not taste great. The fries were cold and were not fresh and the Mac and cheese on the sandwich was also not hot and the chicken was rubbery and also not fresh. It was not busy at the time, but I feel like the food was not made to order and that’s way it tasted bad. I did not want to finish my sandwich at all. Compared to the melt shop in Roosevelt field, this restaurant was terrible. I would not recommend it.

This place was so good! We stopped in here during our recent visit to NYC and it did not disappoint. The chicken avocado sandwich was one of the best things we ate the whole trip. The fries were crisp, the chicken tasted perfect and everything was just as messy and saucy as you could ever want it to be. Don’t miss this place.

Honestly I was disappointed. I was excited to try this place and got a sandwich with slightly warm toast and chicken and the mac&cheese on it was cold which made it kinda gross Would have been better if everything was hot

Must try chicken melts. Been wanting to come here a long time. Sure its $16 for the most expensive melt and side, but its not much more than a meal at Chic-Fil-A down the street. Got the: -Spicy Crispy Chicken Mac Melt (Mac N' Cheese, Crispy Chicken, Pimento Cheese, Shredded Jack & Cherry Peppers.) $11.49 -Shop Tots. (Tots with Herbed Parmesan) $3.99 The tots were cooked perfectly. Crispy outside, soft inside. And the chicken sandwich was a giant meal, but amazing mix of flavors. Plenty of juicy chicken and pimento cheese. This is definitely on the lunch rotation going forward.
