I would not be where I am today without ZIC PT! I have been going to ZIC PT since 2015 on and off for a spine injury which required multiple surgeries and other health obstacles. This past year has been extremely difficult for me that It's hard to put in to words. I faced my 8th surgery (this time for a very rare vascular condition) and had to start PT all over again. I knew I had to go back and see Frank to get me back on my feet. He is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares for his patients. I am treated like family anytime I go in. This last illness took a toll on my spine and I will need another surgery this summer unfortunately. But, with Frank's help he has done everything to help me live more comfortably and function the best I can. I go in several times a week and he is truly focused on my pain and knows exactly what I need. I don't think I could get out of bed most days if I don't go in to see him. It has made such a difference in my life. His techniques and tools are different than any other PT place I've been to. I know I'm in good hands and my back will be ok. I dread another surgery but with the support I receive from Frank and his Team, I know I will be ok. I have a lot of goals to get back to being strong and fit and trust they will help me do just that as they have done so for me in the past. It has been an incredible hard year and very long journey all together but I feel truly blessed for all the help I get. I can't recommend Frank and his team enough. Thank you all for helping me with my back and core but also thank you for teaching me to have a positive mind and keeping me on track. You have helped me so much and I'm just glad you guys aren't sick of me! I may be in pain but ya'll know how to make me laugh. Who knew PT could be enjoyable? but I guess when you find the right people the impossible becomes possible.

If you are in need of physical therapy, I would highly recommend Zic PT. I needed physical therapy on two separate occasions, one for cervical spine problems and one for a shoulder injury. My physical therapist Dylan Pearce was exceptional. His concern, encouragement, and manual physical therapy helped my recovery tremendously. The staff was courteous and kind and durning Covid maintained good safety precautions.

********** This place deserves more than 5 stars. I have been using ZIC PT for more than 6 months. The staff is very professional, likable and courteous. The facility is very clean and well maintained. With all of the Covid issues circulating around these days, I always felt safe and secure when using the facility. No Covid concerns whatsoever. Don’t be fooled by the small storefront appearance from the outside, the facility is a lot bigger on the inside with lots of equipment. They honored my insurance coverage without incident. I have been to many rehab centers over the years so I have plenty of past experiences for comparison, and ZIC PT has been by far the best. Don’t waste your time and money anywhere else. Definitely check them out if you are in need of some rehab. You won’t regret it.

I highly recommend anyone looking for a physical therapist to stop by ZicPT. Dylan, Frank, Alex, and the rest of the crew are extremely well versed in their fields and let you know exactly what’s going on, as well as how to remedy the issue. They are able to connect with their patients, without taking time away from their work, and they are extremely friendly. You don’t feel like another customer to them, but a part of a team trying to get better! Dylan took the time to not only text me on my off days for workouts or exercise routines, but also to check in. I walked in there, barely able to lift my right arm and now I’m back to playing left field daily! I cannot praise the staff here enough for the wonderful job they did for me and all who go there.
