The MOST RUDEST people that I EVER dealt with. No greeting when coming in and they totally ignore you until you are the one to ask for help. When having insurance that covers a certain amount they REALLY don’t want to deal with it to call them and find out. It’s like they can’t be bothered with it. The girl Jennifer and Bree actually gave me a dirty look and little did they know that I saw it in the mirror. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I’m definitely the type of person that doesn’t Tolerate that by any means. If they had anything to say I was sitting right there they most certainly could’ve discussed it with me but obviously they didn’t. I definitely wouldn’t EVER go in there again and I also Know many many people and I will MOST definitely let each and everyone of them know to stay away from this place. People BEWARE don’t shop there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Then went to Sterling optical down the road and I got the best of the best customer service EVER I most certainly bought a pair of glasses from them and definitely will go there again unlike America’s Best !!!!

I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service and professionalism that I received from the staff at the Newburgh Location. I went to see about glasses and make sure my insurance was accepted, Jethon, a representative was able to help me figure it out. I saw the eye doctor and chose 2 pairs of amazing eyewear. Jethon was thee absolute best at helping me pick out frames that fit my face. I only went in to check it out because I was driving by, heading back to NYC and because of the service I received I decided to get all my eyewear needs done. Even drove back up on a saturday to get my glasses. Jethon was amazing, this man should be put in a position to manage and train others on this level of customer service. Because of this I will only go to this location for my eye care needs. I highly recommend this location. When you go, make sure you ask for Jethon. He is such a sweety!!❤️

This was my first time at America Best. Everyone is super friendly. Especially Kelly she was very friendly and super informative on any questions that I had. I was seen right away. They have a huge selection of glasses. Kelly helped me picked my frames and they were deliver right away. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you stop by I would recommend to ask for Kelly. She the best.

Commercial is misleading. I went in because of the 2 for $79 deal. I expected to pay a little more because I have progressives but over $600? I was shocked. I’m so disappointed. I won’t be back.
