Hi Kathie! Yes, Ed is still here at Ettlesons on a part-time basis.

I have a 2013 Cadillac srx and the navigation screen wont allow me to type in anything seems like the screen is frozen it responds to verbal commands.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and the reply came back Ettelson Buick. Is that the same place as I bought my Cadillac. Also how long am I entitled to free oil changes?
