Polite customer service with unsanitary experience. There was a 5 minute wait for my spicy fish sandwich. During this time, we witnessed the girl at the window fiddling with the trash can (hands on rim) shortly before handling the bag containing our food. Definitely insisted on waiting to get home to eat! We needed to take the food out of the tainted plastic bag and wash our hands thoroughly because hand sanitizer wasn't going to suffice!

I was very disappointed with their fish sandwich. I had always loved Arby's fish sandwiches.... delicious. They changed the fish and bread. You had more bread than fish.

Was missing fries from our drive thru order went inside where manager and staff extreemly apologetic, friendly and polite and offered a larger size for the inconvenience. That step up is what guarantees return visits. Thank you again!
