One of my good friends works here. It is always a nice experience even if they run out of their sweet treats or sandwiches. And if they get your nonexistent or complicated order wrong, then move on. I can tell you that when you order off the menu, they never get it wrong. Please keep in mind that this is a Starbucks in a very rural area.

I love STARBUCKS, BUT this location is finding ways to charge you for something you ask for and the tell you that CORPORATE wants to charge for everything added, that’s already apart of a drink that they decided to find ways to up charge for a tea. Now $5 and more because they don’t want us to enjoy a drink that start a lot of people day. Thanks you just lost a family

Went to order a drink inside “ Double chocolate chip frappe with white mocha whip cream on top” and received so much attitude because “it’s a tik tok drink.” Ended up receiving a mocha cookie frapp. Would rather her just say she doesn’t want to make it than to just give me whatever.

Inconsistent with how drinks are made. Shaken espresso is rarely made the right way. This drink is not “about the foam” as the apparently new drive-thru lady was insistent on. This drink used to be Starbucks double shot on ice and Starbucks changed the name to fix confusion with the making of the drink, that didn't work out very well. I paid for a full drink not half foam. Only had one Starbucks make this right every time so far. This location is close to my home but I knew it was too good to be true. Below is my "all about the foam" drink (without me taking a drink) and what its supposed to look like straight from the Starbucks website. If anyone is curious, the Starbucks by the Fredericksburg Costco is the best thus far.
