I was required to take the Victim Impact Panel and the DUI ZOOM Classes. Jeff Wilson conducted the group on line duel class and I must say - it did not feel like a "required" class. I think everyone should take this course. I, of course learned much from the 9 hours and appreciate the candor, education, and even sense of humor of all involved. From the assessments, to the front desk, and the help over the phone - overall, a good organization. The only thing I could say might be an improvement is the communication between the Puyallup office and the Tacoma office with regard to class days and times. The positives outweigh this one issue. Thank you Jeff Wilson!

Jeff Wilson is an awesome program manager he was very thorough with his assessment and I was able to get my treatment I needed. I really got an eye opener during the Victims impact panel and I want to personally thank Jeff and his team for helping me make this transition towards a better life. The Alcohol Drug Information School class was interactive and very informative. If you want to start your road to recovery I would highly recommend Jeff and his team! He was able to get my certificate forwarded over to my attorney in a timely manner.

So i took this class back in october was very long and i took it for court reasons. My lawer never forwarded the information to the court for some reason and stopped talking to me after my case. I now need this information to go to my court case and they told me they have no record of me doing this class in there books and asked me what happened in this class to have "proof" of me doing it. I sent then a bank statement showing i paid for the class and now will not respond to my emails. They are just trying to suck more money out of me. So now it looks like i have to pay for another class just for me to get that info to the court. They ripped me off basically. Go somewhere else.

DO NOT COME HERE! This place is about as unprofessional as a daycare. No one seems to be able to give any solid answers. I left with a no serious problem, but my report was changed by her supervisor whom I had never met or talked to. This place is only focused on getting more money out of you. The more classes and treatments they give you, the more they can charge you. Look at other options, when i was called and told I needed to sign up for 6 months worth of classes I wanted to talk with the person who made that decision. Litterally dozens of phone calls and a handfull of voicemails and not one returned or answered call. This place is a joke.

We use multiple sources/tools to come to a diagnosis. We use information gathered from the client through an array of diagnostic testing, we also review their incident report and defendant case history to determine an appropriate recommendation. Depending on the type of assessment/evaluation we may also request additional information. All domestic violence assessments/evaluations require we contact the alleged victim.
