I dont even know where to start...I'm just gonna say that if boost knows that a phone you have have newly purchased is not compatible with their service (but your older model phone is) they should inform you of that before having you leave the phone for over two hours...only to you come back and still have to wait for almost 30 minutes and to charge you for something that they didn't even really do...threaten to call the police on you for wanting an explanation on what you're even paying for and also accusing you of( "trying to get something for free) because you look like you need money( her exact words) .Mind you my intentions were to activate my phone, purchase a screen protector and case as well as the sim card...none of which I expected to be free..but I guess this is what they think when the see a black woman..that we go around looking for free stuff smh. I pray noone else has to ever deal with this type of racial profiling I dealt with today...all of this in front of my 7 year old daughter and other customers... I have been with Boost over 15 years but after today...I will be finding another cell provider. No excuse or apology can excuse what I went through today.
