Been going to this branch for years. Today I was in line, but the teller called another guy instead. I was obviously first, and the other customer thought i was skipping the line. I was there been waiting standing because their system was down. All staff saw me, but didn't say a word. Will pull out all assets from citibank soon. Go the CHASE next door instead, they know their customers by name.

Today I was not able to get in, even online it says open, in reality it was closed. They are not even were bother themselves to update info online. Shame, citibank

I have been on hold for half an hour just to ask a question whether I can exchange for euros at my local bank in Mineola, NY. And every two seconds there is an automated message that they are sorry to keep me waiting!
