I don’t usually write negative reviews but this one made me do it. I went there for my CELPIP english test but the staff over there don’t understand basic english at all. Only one staff member was able to understand and communicate with everyone and rest of them were just roaming around. What really made me write this is that except one guy no one knows what to do. They din’t even distributed pens until told to do so. One staff member was hovering around in the testing room and kept looking at the screens which was really annoying and the most terrible thing happened that he started spraying the desk next to me and did not even care to tell me to move aside or wait for me to finish my exam. Overall, Centre location is good, Management sucks, Equipments are really in bad shape, Checkin process is the worst.

This place is hard to find, as the GPS and the location does not match. bathroom was not clean. I felt embarrassed as the staff kept insisting instead of a passport card I should have brought the passport. I registered with passport card as my ID. There was another guy behind me also commenting "how come I can come without passport". First I am not a foreign national, and I am not travelling by air to a different country. Second, passport card is issued for a reason, that you don't have to carry it locally. Most important the staff should have known this or trained properly. However, he did check with CELPIP and clarified yes I was OK with passport card.
