Very professional staff. Thoroughly gave us an amazing tour of the apartment of our interest. Gave us all the expectations of our new community. Also described all of the amenities around the Lynnwood area that are available to us. Very intelligently gave us all the expenses included in the leasing agreements. Just a phenomenal experience and we will hopefully be doing business with this location in the immediate future.

Decided to wait till we moved out to write a fair review. We lived here for over 2 years. We were one of the first to live in this community and the first in our apartment. Management/Maintenance: When we moved in Alexis and Abel were the manager/maintenance team. They were great so we were nervous about the new team. I only had a few interactions with management while living at Allegro and all of the interactions were positive. Lindsay is very responsive, and does a great job making Allegro feel like a home. The maintenance man Mike is awesome! I didn’t think anyone could fill Abels shoes, but Mike is doing a great job. He is very friendly and performs maintenance requests in a timely manner. Noise: For the most part it is a very quiet community. Most of the neighbors and visitors are respectful. Within the apartment units the noise level isn’t too bad, but this of course depends on your neighbors. We lived on the top floor so we didn’t have upstairs neighbors, but we could hear our downstairs neighbors walking around and yelling. The hardwood floors don’t insulate as much noise as carpet. We lived near the clubhouse, which could be noisy during parties/BBQs but that was expected. If you move here expect to hear a lot of sirens as the fire station is near and 164th is used by emergency personnel. Overall, I would still rate the noise level pretty low for an apartment. Parking: We never had issues with parking because we paid for reserved tandem spots. I would recommend this for those with more than one car. Parking used to be more of an issue when we first moved in, because there was no street parking. Luckily, they took away the bike lane on the street and converted it into street parking, which is nice. So even if you can’t find parking on the lot, the street is a good option. Community: As stated before, most residents are respectful of the community, but there are times some residents forget to pick up their pets. I have to comment on the homeless population, as it was brought up by other reviewers. When we first moved in it was a problem. The area across the street has a homeless problem. I rarely saw any on the property itself, but it used to make me feel uneasy, as you could sometimes hear them screaming. It seems things have improved, as I rarely saw them or the cops towards the end of my stay. The issue now is people living in their car in front of the apartment. It is more of an eye sore than anything. Amenities: The amenities are beautiful and well kept. We never really used the clubhouse, but it was always clean. The gym is nice, although as another reviewer has pointed out, it has no mirrors. It would be nice to be able to stare at yourself while you work out :). Most in the gym are respectful although I have come across residents who blast their music on speakers or forget to re-rack their weights. Again this is the minority. The 24/7 amazon hub is nice and convenient. Location: This apartment is located by pretty much anything you would ever need. Every type of food/grocery/shopping you could think of is located within a few minutes. This can be bad because you may gain a few pounds trying out all the food Lynnwood has to offer. Easy freeway access makes getting around easy. Although everything is nearby the walkability is very low. Ash way is pretty undeveloped and there are no sidewalks making stroll/jog down Ash way really dangerous. Walking along 164th is also a little nerve wracking as cars often go way above the speed limit. If you don’t mind about walkability then this is the place for you. Safety: I think the community is safe.. There have been a few cases of car prowlers, but I don't think it happens frequently. I have had many packages delivered to my door and never had an issue with them coming up missing. I have also seen other residents have packages on their doorstep in plain view for days without issues.

Living here is really nice, very bright at night I feel safe walking my dogs late at night. The communal area are well taken care of and nicely decorated. Staff here is very friendly. Especially Mike hernandez, the maintenance staff. He's always willing to help and very friendly to chat with. I feel secure knowing there is a trustworthy and helpful person like him taking care of the residents. He is a wonderful guy in our community.

Mike from maintenance is always a pleasure! He handles my maintenance requests really quickly, calls to let me know beforehand when he'll be arriving, and super respectful when entering my home. We don't wear shoes in the house and without needing to be asked he took them off at the entrance and was great to chat with and handled all my maintenance requests super quickly (had 3 handled all in one day). Very friendly, lively, and polite, to give an overall great experience. There is a bit of a parking issue but otherwise a great place to live. Really happy with the location, the staff (like Mike, and shoutout to Lindsay too she's super responsive and helpful), and amenities are nice, especially the club house and gym. Would like to submit a request/see in the future full wall mirrors installed in the gym/yoga room so it's easier to watch your form while working out
