What a wonderful state park. Chesterfield County really do a great job here. We live 4 miles from the park and bought an annual State Park pass for good reason. I ride my mountain bike here at least once a week. Amazing trails and sights. Some of the best trails I've ever ridden, take Courthouse Road to get to the bike trails. The reservoir is great for paddle boarding. Hoping the Waterpark is open next spring/summer.

Great launching point for the bike trails. With varying lengths and difficulties, there are trails there that work for all of our family. They have expanded the parking area quite a bit in the past year or so, and it makes it so much easier to find a spot even on a busy day.
